☀ Holiday Rental Contract
The local law in Andalucia requires us to present a holiday rental contract that indicates the
owners details, tenant details, rental period and amounts paid. It is required that 5 days prior to
arrival this holiday contract is returned and signed to us. This holiday contract indicates the
previously described and also indicates that all payments are made and no amounts
are outstanding.
☀ Identity Check In
It is required by law that all passengers perform a check in of their identity documents. Prior to
your arrival you will be provided with instructions on how to perform your identity self check in
with a QR code.
☀ Check In
It is required that you provide us with your arrival time for key collection at least 5 days prior to
your arrival.
☀ Please Clean Up Your Dishes.
If you use any dishes during your stay, please wash them or load the dishwasher.
☀ Garbage
No rubbish whatsoever may be put in the streets, gardens, entrances to dwellings or in any other
place not specifically designed for doing so. Make sure to dispose of all of the garbage in the
appropriate bins, do not leave any food you have purchased in the apartment, make sure to take
it all with you.
Garbage Disposal Rubbish must always be taken out in a closed plastic bag or similar system
and deposited in the bins/containers designated for this purpose; the use of other types of bags
or recipients that cannot be suitably sealed is prohibited. Rubbish shall be taken out in the
evening from 20:00 from Monday to Saturday. Rubbish must not be taken out at different times
and the bags or rubbish bins must not be left in the areas not destined for this purpose. Take all
of your garbage and dispose of it in the bins. It is forbidden to leave bags of garbage in the public
road.
☀ Number of Guests.
Ensure total guests match that on your booking.
☀ Check Out is 10am
Our cleaner will at 10am to clean the property. We can´t stop her, she is a cleaning machine!
☀ Lights & Heating & Air Conditioning
Turn off all lights, heating and air conditioning when you leave the property each day and on the
check out. If you have the air conditioning or heating on make sure to close the windows.
☀ No Smoking
Strictly no smoking inside of the property. You are welcome to smoke outside, do not throw any
ash or buts on the floor.
☀ No Pets
Strictly no pets are allowed
☀ Parties are not allowed
Parties or events are strictly not allowed at this property or in the communal areas.
☀ Noise Levels
Activities that produce noise and disturb neighbours must not be carried out between the hours
of 00:00 to 10:00 or between 15:00 and 17:00. Excessive and unjustified noise that may disturb
neighbours may not be produced during the day. Gathering and talking loudly in common areas
of the residential development, internal roads, staircases, doorways etc. outside designated
hours is prohibited. Appliances such as radio receivers, televisions, etc shall be adjusted so that
noise does not transcend or disturb other apartments.
☀Swimming Pool
This is a community with neighbours, please be respectful, rowdy behaviour will be reported and
you may be asked to leave if you do not comply with the regulations. Glass is strictly prohibited in
the swimming pool. Under no circumstances is rowdy behaviour allowed in the swimming pool,
communal areas or apartment.
It is compulsory to shower before using the swimming pool and to clean afterwards and not
allow tanning creams or oils in the water of the swimming pool. Do not use soap in the showers.
Common safety and hygiene regulations must be followed at all times.
It is strictly prohibited to play ball or any other game that can cause an annoyance to other users.
It is prohibited to eat or drink within the precincts of the swimming pool (excluding babies) as
well as to deposit any type of waste or object in it.
All personal articles are to be removed from the pool following departure from this area.
Pools are not designed to accommodate floating mattresses or chairs.
Constant jumping in and out of the pool is prohibited.
Music can only be listed to using headphones.
The swimming pool cannot be used out of hours and if there is no lifeguard on duty. The
lifeguard is authorised to expel users from the swimming pool area if the rules are not followed
and security may be notified.
Children under 12 years of age cannot access the pool unless accompanied by an adult family
member.
Sun loungers cannot be reserved using towels. Do not leave belongings unattended on the sun
loungers.
☀Communal Areas
Walking on or through areas not designed to be walked through, particularly landscaped areas is
prohibited. Children's games shall be played exclusively in the areas designated for such
purpose. Bicycles, pushchairs, or any other object must not be left on the stairs, landings, in
doorways or in any other common area not signposted for such purposes.
☀Community Gym
You must comply with the hygiene rules when using the gymnasium, for the safety of everyone.
You must wear suitable clothing and footwear and bring a towel for personal use. At no time
without a T-shirt. You must use hydro alcoholic gel when entering and leaving as well as cleaning
the material that has been used at the end of the exercise. All weight bars should be free of
weight at the end of the exercise.
☀Hanging Clothing
It is prohibited to hang out washing that is visible from the exterior of the buildings. Clothes,
hangers or driers cannot be higher than balcony walls.
☀ Cars & Parking & Garages
It is prohibited to stop, park or leave any vehicle unattended on the driveway running through the
estate in areas where a yellow line painted on the curb prohibits parking. As parking areas in the
driveway are very limited, tenants must first use their assigned parking space in the garage.
Garage doors must always remain closed.
It is prohibited to play games in the garage. It is prohibited for children to be alone in the garage.
Parking vehicles in the manoeuvring spaces of the garage is strictly prohibited.
For security reasons all entrance and exit gates belonging to the estate shall remain closed, to be
actioned by remote control "zappers" or by phone for the main gate.
☀ Use of lifts
The lifts must not be used by children under 14 years of age, unless they are accompanied by
someone over 14. The maximum total weight capacity or maximum number of people permitted
must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
☀ Electricity & Air-conditioning
The environment that is all dear to us needs to be protected and we all need to add our little bit. T
Tips to keep the energy consumption at normal limits: 1. Close all windows when the aircon is
running 2. Don´t overheat or undercool the apartment 3. Switch the system off when leaving the
apartment or when sleeping. Switch off lights and other energy consuming systems when
leaving the apartment etc
☀ Terrace
DO NOT CLOSE THE TERRACE WINDOWS WHILE YOU ARE ON THE TERRACE, YOU WILL LOCK
YOURSELF OUT!
